Quotes and scope
Prices shown or discussed are starting points. Final pricing always depends on project scope and is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the balance due at launch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your content
You confirm that any text, images, or logos you supply are yours to use. You keep ownership of your content; ownership of the delivered website transfers to you on final payment.
Timelines
We commit to the timeline in your quote. Delays in feedback, content, or approvals can shift launch dates accordingly.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing care is available as a separate agreement. Bug fixes related to our build are handled at no charge for 30 days after launch.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
