Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, business name, and project details you choose to provide. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions come from a real person; it may process your IP address for that check.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver work you have asked for. We send you a confirmation email and store the submission securely so nothing is lost.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers required to operate the site — our email delivery provider, hosting, and database — and only to the extent needed.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to keep accurate business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only the storage necessary to function and to measure basic, anonymised traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@melexor.com and we will respond promptly.
